FAQ

  • Appointments

    We require a credit card to be held on file when booking an appointment. We accept cash, check or credit card and apple pay at the time of check out.

    We are not always available to accommodate last minute appointments or walk Ins, we ask that you plan accordingly so you can be scheduled for a preferred day and time. We will do our best to work with your schedule. We are by appointment only.

  • Cancellations

    We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments. We kindly ask you to give us a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 48 hour period, you may be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) .

    No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

  • Salon Etiquette

    As a courtesy to all guests, we ask if you could silence your cell phone and/or limit phone conversations while enjoying a service.

    Wifi is available for emailing and web browsing.

    Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients and are not included in the price of services.

    We offer some salon services for children with parental permission and/or supervision. However, we discourage adults from bringing children to accompany them for their own service.

  • Refund and Return Policy

    We strive to provide high quality services and products and we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction. Please speak with your stylist within 72 hours of your original service. Adjustments must be made by the original stylist unless determined by the owner. Returned retail products will receive store credit to exchange for retail products only. Retail must be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of email or text receipt.

  • Digital Communication

    As the world evolves in a digital age, we have too. With our scheduling platform, Square, we are able to communicate through text, email and direct messages from Square. You may see a text from the number 855-984-1642, this text would come directly from our square messaging platform. Square messaging is our preferred method of communication.

    Our existing phone number 978-745-3057 is also available for phone calls and texts. Texting is the best way of getting in touch with us. When sending a text please include your name, desired service and preferred day and time. Text messages and/or phone calls will be returned during limited operating hours.

    Square sends out automatic confirmations and we ask that you confirm your appointments.

  • At Home Maintenance

    We believe in providing the best haircare even after you leave the salon. Our products provide, color protection, improved manageability and overall hair health. We recommend with consistent appointments and Goldwell at home hair care, you will see shinier, healthier hair.
